Orders and sales conditions

• To place an order, the User must be over 18 years of age.
• In order to place an order, the User must provide all the information required during the purchase process, which will be necessary to correctly process the order.
• To make purchases on the Website, both the delivery address and the billing address must be located in countries of the European Union or the United Kingdom.

Price, payment methods and discount codes

All prices for products or services on the Website include VAT and any other applicable taxes. In all cases, prices will be expressed in euros (€).
The prices shown for each product do not include shipping, handling, packaging, shipping insurance or any other additional service related to the purchased product, unless expressly stated otherwise. Any applicable additional costs will be communicated to the User before completing the purchase.
The prices applicable to each product will be those published on the Website and will be applied automatically during the final stage of the purchase process. The User acknowledges that the economic value of some of the products offered may vary in real time. In any case, this will always be communicated prior to the completion of the sale.
The User agrees to make payment at the time of placing the order and may do so using any of the payment methods specified on the Website.
Once payment has been made, the User will receive an order confirmation email, which will include a summary of the purchased items, the selected shipping method and the delivery address.
Gemma Terol may periodically offer discount codes to its Users. Such discounts may only be applied in accordance with the instructions specified by Gemma Terol for each code, and in all cases Users may only use one discount code per order.
The use of discount codes will not be compatible with certain promotional campaigns and collections.

Delivery time and place

Gemma Terol will deliver orders to the address indicated by the User in the corresponding purchase form.
Gemma Terol assumes no responsibility when delivery cannot be completed due to false, inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the User, or for any cause attributable to the User.
Gemma Terol will take all necessary measures to ensure that delivery is made within the agreed timeframe. Gemma Terol considers payment confirmation, through any of the enabled systems, a necessary condition to meet delivery deadlines. However, the delivery times indicated to the User are estimates and may vary due to logistical reasons or force majeure.
Delivery times can be consulted in the purchase form as well as in the Shipping section of the Website.
Delivery shall be deemed completed from the moment Gemma Terol or the transport company contracted by Gemma Terol makes the product available to the User.
