Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 calendar days from receipt of the order to make a return. It’s very easy!
Just follow these steps:
1. Send an email
Indicate the order number, the reference and the reason for the return.
2. Send the package
Send the product* cash on delivery to the following address:

3. Receive the refund
You will receive your refund via the same payment method used for the purchase.**
* Remember to include the order number (e.g. XDIKJHFTR).
** The refund will be processed within a maximum of 15 days from receipt of the return at our offices.
Once the thirty (30) calendar days period has ended, returns due to withdrawal from the purchase will not be accepted.
Exchanges
In the case of an exchange, you must first return the product and then place a new order.
